We draw inspiration from a traditional heritage town, where daily connectivity is enveloped within the surrounding nature. The setting has purposely created a loop of organism and life form, a kind of yin yang in eastern philosophy. The beginning of the loop is ‘Yang’, where the urban squares, iconic street malls, commercial hub with over 100 retails and approximately 150,000 sq. ft. lettable space and a landscaped boulevard interconnects the development. The open urban squares combine the area in a different landscape mood, forming a variant of communal activities both for residents and visitors to socialize.
The other half of the loop is ‘Yin’, which tend to lower down the climate through a calm, 500 meters lushed landscape Al Fresco Retail Park, natural stone cliffs, waterfall and 2.5-acre Linear Wetland. The Al Fresco Retail Park connects to a 10 acres Hill Park and a 3 acres Sanctuary Park.
The uniqueness about the master development is that, the site is surrounded by an 80m high natural rock surface. The hilly rock drives our landscape design concept. To us it is a natural canvas of vertical greenery that beams into the living spaces of the development. The coming phases of the development appear seamlessly mirroring this rock surface. We were inspired to respect and preserve this priceless natural resource.
Our vision – The development should not be just a home to its residents, but also a sanctuary to nature. We hope to elevate the natural appeal of the site to bring comfort living and nature together. Living with wellness and fitness is our priority in this development, the surrounding greenery is a value asset to the residents as they can immerse in nature at their doorstep. At the same time, we hope to build a sustainable living lifestyle here, and create a new iconic landmark.
